Eficode’s R&D team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Full-stack
Software Engineer to join the team!

Besides offering consulting services, Eficode has a Managed Services unit. Within this business area, our R&D team focuses on product innovation for and with our customers.

Here is our current product and this is what you’ll be primarily involved in.
It is written as an AWS native serverless application integrated with Eficode data sources such as our ERP, to give customers visibility over their past, present and future with Eficode.
What will you be doing?
Our work involves interacting with different internal and external stakeholders. While each of us has their own expertise, we engage in other aspects of the product development than our own focus area. As part of our team, you will be involved in the whole product lifecycle from getting an idea to making it happen.
This role is a perfect match for you who have prior experience in product development as you understand what to focus on in different phases. Doing research is at the core of our work, so you would be actively participating in understanding the customers’ challenges and finding the right solution(s) for their needs.

Required technical skills:
- Frontend development: React, TypeScript, Storybook
- Backend development: Python 3.9+, Relational databases, REST & GraphQL API design & development (experience in other technologies is a plus)
- Cloud technologies and infrastructure - AWS and serverless technologies
- Test automation - Robot Framework
- Git version control system
We also think it’s awesome if you have:
- Previous experience in working in a startup environment
- Experience in participating in user research - participating in interviews, demos, observations
- Experience in Github and Github Actions, Python unit & integration testing
This position is full-time, permanent and available in Helsinki, Tampere or Łódź! Remote work is possible as long as you are located either in Finland or Poland.
