We're looking for a Partner Manager to join our united, dedicated, and enthusiastic team at LINK Mobility, Europe’s leading provider of mobile messaging. The location for the position will be at our offices in Finland (Helsinki or Tampere).

As a Partner Manager you will contribute to strengthening LINK’s position as a CPaaS provider by executing our partner strategy. We are looking for a person that has the ability and drive to make a serious impact on the Finnish partner field.
You will work in a team with experienced sales professionals’ and work with a strategic mindset towards the partners. Through strong relations and collaboration, you will drive innovation, go-to-market, and develop customer value through the partner channel. The Partner Manager is responsible for continuous revenue growth, developing our partners, negotiating new agreements, and ensuring prosperity for all our partners, as well as coordinating activities such as partner events, sales- and marketing campaigns.
YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Execute: Working strategically with our partners, identifying key stakeholders and business areas, and generating attention and interest. Understand the partner business areas and value proposition, and develop value-added use cases to support the partner delivery towards the customer
- Expand: With a strategic mindset, you will be responsible for developing a close relationship with our partners, and developing partnerships where partners identify LINK as a “value-added service” in deliveries towards Partner customers
- Communicate: Listen attentively to partners needs to actively seek opportunities to align partner goals with LINKs active initiatives
- Structure: With the Partner Strategy framework in mind, Identify and source new partner-customer opportunities, facilitate execute partner activities and provide world-class partner support. Structure is key to managing relationships, tasks, goals, and time
- Coordinate: Set direction and drive performance. Forecast, measure and report the results internally and externally. Work with executive sponsors to design and execute a successful plan for each partner
- Support: Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners voice internally
WE HOPE YOU HAVE
- At least 3+ years’ experience of partner management in the digital transformation, fintech, telco, media, or SaaS industry
- Master`s degree or similar is preferred
- Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and orally (English is our company language). Bonus for any Baltic language in addition
- A track record of managing high-impact partnerships with significant internal and external dependencies
- Experience in maintaining and developing relationships with senior managers at C-level
- Strong commercial and product instincts, together with the ability to prioritize and guide cross-functional teams through challenging demands and complex environments
- A strong background in the digital transformation landscape
- Prior experience in technology companies is a must, with CRM or other business application knowledge is an advantage
