About the role

As a Quality Engineer, you will have a key role in serving industrial customers in Configured-to-Order cranes deliveries from order to invoice across EMEA countries. You will work in close collaboration with frontline units, project teams, supply operations and subcontractors. In this role, you are also contributing to designated quality development initiatives and continual improvement projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for monthly quality reporting and follow-up routines.

Work tasks

  • Managing of quality non-conformities and following up of the corrective actions
  • Working in close collaborations with frontline units, project teams, supply operations, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to continues improvement initiatives and quality development projects
  • Monthly quality reporting and follow up routines

We are looking for

  • Suitable educational background (e.g., Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Some previous work experience in quality management, nonconformity handling, quality assurance or LSS/lean methodology
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Fluent English and good Finnish

Other language skills (especially German), and previous experience on SAP QM module is seen as an advantage.
