We manufacture and deliver the highest quality, best and safest products for playing hockey. Vepe-Icepro offices and production plants are located in Finland, Tuusula and Oulainen, employing a total of 50 people. Most of the processes from design, procurement, sales to production and installation are in our own hands.

Sales Director
As a Sales Director you will be leading the organization’s sales globally. Currently most of the sales activities are handled from Finland. You will start with a sales team of five people working under your leadership and coordinating our global sales partner network. You will have an essential role in growing the sales, scaling up the existing accounts and acquiring new sales opportunities.
This position can be done from both Vepe-Icepro´s locations in Finland or remotely from anywhere. A Sales Director reports directly to the CEO.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
A Sales Director is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, leading a team of sales to help drive revenues, coordinating with other departments, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. The part of the job will cover business process optimization and improving efficiency, performance and quality in sales. The role focuses also on increasing sales and establishing a presence on the European and North American market. The job will require travelling.
This position is for you if you have
- Proven record of success in leading global sales, experience from North America is especially appreciated
- Superb leadership ability
- Experience in building and leading a data-driven, systematic sales process
- Knowledge and understanding of how to utilize CRM to support sales operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Finnish and Swedish excellent advantages, other EU languages are seen as a bonus)
- Great common-sense reasoning and prioritizing skills
- Passion for self-improvement, growth and learning
- High level of self-motivation and an independent working style
