We are now looking for two Customer Support Specialists to help us with our 1st Line Support and join our team of fun-loving Sympaticans! Sympa’s values guide our actions. As a you'll be the tech guru for our HR system. You'll team up with our Customer Success Managers, HR System Consultants, and support crews across the Nordics. Your mission? Make sure our customers are over the moon with our service!
Every day, you'll dazzle customers with top-notch support, solve problems, and tweak the Sympa system based on their needs. You'll chat, call, email, and even host online sessions, breaking down tech talk so everyone gets it.

Here’s what we value in our candidates:
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working in a technical customer support position is considered a great advantage.
- Previous HR or customer support experience is considered a plus.
- Experience with other cloud software (e.g.Hubspot, Zendesk) is considered a great plus.
- Willingness to continuously learn new things.
- Ability to work independently and to handle routines.
- Courage, open-mindedness and a willingness to take responsibility in all customer support tasks.
- Great people skills – you are awesome with people from all nationalities and backgrounds!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide great customer support service in:
- 1 role with Swedish, Finnish and in English as mandatory requirements
- 1 role with Finnish and in English as mandatory requirements
- Knowledge of other languages that we provide service in, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or German is seen as an advantage.
Preciseness, diligence and a highly positive attitude in a fast-paced customer support service environment.
