What would you do?
As a Software Architect, you are able to translate our customer’s needs into a valid system, while anticipating potential limitations and risks. You understand the problems our clients face, not only from a technical perspective but also from a business point of view.

At Eficode, software architects are usually exceptional coders, so you can manage development, planning and execution.
With our customers, you work as a coach and a partner and are not afraid to advance solutions.
Together with a team you also make sure that projects move forward as planned and document the whole process.
What do we expect from you?
In addition to a diverse know-how, we expect you to be a consultant who is unafraid to offer ideas to customers.
As our projects often involve varying technology stacks, we highly value candidates with diverse technical skills. Typically, we work with languages such as C#/.NET Core, Java/Kotlin/Clojure/Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js, and Python/Django.
We also expect you to know about the public cloud, as we run codes there, depending on the project.
English being our working language, you must be fluent in it. Fluent Finnish is a significant advantage as some of our customers require speaking the happy people's language!
Finally, willingness to keep on learning is key to ensure you stay up-to-date in the field.
Are considered as a plus:
- Previous experience as a consultant
- Previous experience in audit-like projects
- Sales support role
- Other languages such as German or French for instance.
