Workshop is currently hiring a Field Merchandiser with the primary responsibility of consistently enhancing the overall in-store experience and sales performance at selected retailers. We are seeking individuals who have a keen interest in retail, technology, and a passion for meticulous organization. As an inspiring and driven individual, you excel at establishing long-lasting relationships.
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently while maintaining close communication with managers and colleagues in the field. You will be involved in both short-term and long-term projects, overseeing the planning, execution, and follow-up of various activities. Your work will be goal-oriented, and you will be expected to provide reports according to established procedures.
Although your home base will be your hometown, your workplace will vary each day and week as you visit different retailers. This may require overnight stays in different locations and occasional weekend work. Therefore, it is essential that you are flexible and comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays.
To thrive in this role, we believe you should possess the following qualities:
- Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in product display and visual merchandising
- Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- Thrive on working with a structured and detail-oriented approach
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Have a valid driver's license (B) and access to a personal car
