Company and culture
Enordic is a renewable energy investment platform. It is an operating partner to Ardian and provides deal originating, investment development, asset management and industrial expertise on exclusive basis for Ardian infrastructure funds in the Nordic and Baltic countries.
Enordic was established in 2018 by it´s partners Eero Auranne and Thomas Linnard. It is headquartered in Helsinki and has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg region. Enordic team comprises of 9 employees, 7 in Finland and 2 in Sweden.
Ardian is the largest European based private investment house. It is headquartered in Paris and has 150 bn USD assets under management. Adrian´s infrastructure funds have over 20 bn EUR investments in renewable energy, transportation and telecom sector across Europe and Americas. Read more:

Strategy
Focus of the investments is in renewable energy infrastructure assets. Enordic´s portfolio comprises currently of 1,2 bn € assets: 1600 MW energy utility Nevel and four wind power plants with a total capacity of 500 MW: two in Sweden and one in Finland.
Ardian`s infra funds have goals to deploy further capital in the Enordic platform with a view to grow the asset base to 3 bn € in the nearest coming years.
With a view of the fund´s investment targets Enordic will now grow its organization by recruiting a Project Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of renewable energy investment projects and during operations to be responsible for the application of energy contracts (revenue management). The Project Development Manager also negotiates contracts related to investment projects and participates in the due diligence phase of these projects. In particular, the responsibility is the energy market and sales related contracts (PPA, balance electricity services, access-to-market, network interface, electricity transfer and frequency reserve contracts).
Qualifications & Experience
- At least two years of experience specifically in renewable energy: e.g. wind and solar power, electric battery storage and the Nordic energy market in general. Understanding the market both from the technical and financial point of view.
- Good negotiation skills. Enough of seniority to perform well in the continuous cross pull between PE investors and utility operations.
- Experience in implementing projects as a project manager and at least some experience in investments and M&A.
- For instance, background in consulting or investment project development in energy sector is an advantage.

Enordic & Ardian cooperation
- The work includes lots of liaison with Ardian´s teams, cooperation and joint development in mature phase deals, preparing and investment decision materials, analysing and presenting them and proactively contributing to the funds´ internal decision-making process.
Education
Bachelor or Master´s degree in relevant field(s), Engineering and/or economics.
Language skills
Fluent English and Finnish (both oral and written skills). Majority of the negotiations are conducted in English and it is also the work language. Eftersom en hel del kolleger samt investeringar befinner sig i Sverige, är kunnande av svenska som arbetsspråk en definitiv fördel.
