About the role
Secto Design is an export-oriented company with a worldwide sales network and subsidiary companies in France, Denmark, and USA. Secto Design is currently looking for a key person to contribute to the growth of the US subsidiary. The position is located in Finland but includes travel a handful of times per year within Europe and to the US. You'll work in a hybrid model, approximately 2 days a week at the office. During your probation period, you'll work for Secto Design as Academic Work's consultant.
We expect you to have relevant sales experience combined with a good understanding of the US business culture. You have a sales-oriented mind, excellent interpersonal and time-management skills - and you are motivated to work in the design industry.

Work tasks
- Generate growth in US sales
- Support the US Representative network by continuous communication
- Liase between the Representatives, US warehouse and Export Sales Manager
- Develop Secto Design brand value in the USA
- Build new leads and stay on top of the market
- Participate in trade events
We are looking for
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience: sales experience from the US market & design industry is preferred
- Motivation towards the design industry
- Full fluency and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Up-to-date IT skills (experience with Linux-based systems is an advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
