Fiskars Group’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) team is now looking for a
Project Manager, DTC Delivery Experience
Fiskars Group is at the start of a journey to build a substantial direct-to-consumer business for our portfolio of brands. The ambition is to grow 3x and more over the coming years.
As a project manager, your job is to contribute to DTC sales growth by developing solutions and driving initiatives end to end in the DTC fulfillment area to ensure product availability and competitive delivery services. You will be joining a key strategic program to ensure the growth of Fiskars into the next 100 years.
Some of your key Responsibilities

Driving development initiatives through the full project lifecycle from project initiation and all the way to implementation and hand-over of solutions and processes to the line organization

Driving pre-studies and creating business cases s to land strategic choices and roadmap related to DTC Fulfillment, such as fulfilling from stores or using DCs cross brands

Work with the line organization with constant improvement of the operational processes based on set KPIs
You will be part of the Delivery Experience team within the global DTC organization. You will collaborate with eCommerce teams, Supply Chain, Digital & IT and Global Process Owners.

Requirements

MSc or similar
-
5+ years of experience in retail supply chain, ideally with a business development background
-
Broad business understanding including strong financial awareness and ability to identify tech implications and dependencies

Project management skills
-
Change management experience
-
Experience of working in a global matrix organization
-
Experience from defining and implementing omni channel fulfillment solutions i.e. connecting online and offline sales from a fulfillment point of view is considered an asset
We expect this position to be located in Helsinki/Finland, Glostrup/Denmark or Stockholm/Sweden.
