We are looking for sustainability professional with strong climate and nature substance knowledge to join our sustainability team as Climate and Nature Manager. This position is permanent role and located in Finland at Paulig Group’s headquarter office in Vuosaari or in our office in Mölndal, Sweden or in Roeselare, Belgium.

As Climate and Nature manager you will be responsible of supporting our internal stakeholders in execution of climate program towards group level ambition. You will be responsible of environmental calculations, reporting and due diligence process development. In this role you will participate developing Paulig target setting, risk assessments and reporting for nature. In this role you get to work together with different stakeholders internally and externally in different Paulig countries and supply chain origins.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Drive Paulig’s climate and nature initiatives cross-functional implementation
- Develop Paulig´s own operations and logistics climate roadmaps towards group level ambition and manage key metrics
- Participate in developing target setting, roadmaps and reporting for nature
- Serve as an internal knowledge expert in climate and nature
- Coordinate and support internal stakeholders in execution of climate and nature initiatives
- Contribute to the overall Paulig Sustainability approach development and implementation
- Participate with the team in different projects and tasks relating to sustainability

What we appreciate:
- Minimum 5 + years’ experience within international business environment
- Relevant academic background for example on environmental studies, sustainable business, environmental engineering
- Strong substance knowledge of climate change, nature, LCA and corporate GHG emissions calculations
- Ability to create clear processes and support execution
- Program management experience with demonstrated experience delivering results through clarity and collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Systematic way of working, having business acumen, result orientated, international mindset and ability to work effectively and inclusively across teams.
- Experience of food nature and climate programs development
- Experience of energy efficiency and energy alternatives development
- Making things happen.
