Access Lapland on Rovaniemellä toimiva ohjelmapalvelualan yritys.
Haemme tulevalle talvikaudelle toimistotyöntekijöitä asiakaspalvelutehtäviin.
Hakijalta odotamme:

• kokemusta asiakaspalvelutehtävistä tai myyntityöstä
• hyvää kirjallista ja suullista englannin kielen taitoa
• täsmällistä ja tarkkaa työotetta
• oma-aloitteisuutta, ja hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja, kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn
• office tuoteperheen hyvää hallintaa (word, exel)

Eduksi luetaan:

• muu kielitaito
• travius-ohjelman tuntemus
• kokemus matkailualalta

Työ alkaa 2.10.2023 tai sopimuksen mukaan.

We are now looking for employees for the office work.

Desired qualifications, skills, and experience:

• fluent in written and spoken English
• experience of customer service or sales and marketing
• a proactive and professional attitude
• ability to work independently
• experience of working with (word,excel)

Considered an advantage.

• relevant educational background
• experience of working in travel business
• experience of working with reservation systems such as Travius
